Attempting to abuse the bonus system will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

By accessing, browsing, registering an Account on, or using the jl50 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jl50's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

jl50 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card) to verify your age before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings pending verification.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (c) you are not prohibited by your employer, professional regulations, or applicable law from participating in gambling activities; and (d) funds used to fund your Wallet are legitimately sourced and are not the proceeds of illegal activity.

You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. jl50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate and to void all transactions associated with that Account.
jl50 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and KYC verification status. jl50 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are as stated on the withdrawal page within your Account and are estimates only — actual processing times may vary based on payment provider infrastructure and AML review requirements.
All transactions on the jl50 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are determined at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.
jl50 is required by law to conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on all accounts. jl50 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending AML review. Users found to be using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities, and all funds in the associated Account may be frozen and remitted to the appropriate government body.

Where an Account is terminated due to the user's breach of these Terms, jl50 reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance remaining in the Account.
You may close your jl50 Account at any time by contacting jl50 support. Upon voluntary account closure with no outstanding Terms violations, your Real Money Balance (excluding any bonus funds with uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method subject to standard processing times.
All content on the jl50 Platform — including but not limited to the jl50 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, and graphics — is the property of jl50 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without jl50's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jl50 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access where jl50 has not been negligent in its security measures; (c) any loss arising from game malfunctions or technical disruptions beyond jl50's reasonable control; or (d) any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
jl50's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jl50's negligence.
jl50 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jl50.vip/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jl50 will not sell your personal data to third parties. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jl50 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through jl50's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jl50 support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanism.
