1. Data Controller Identity

jl50.vip ("jl50," "we," "us," "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected and processed through the jl50 platform. jl50 operates under a license issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all implementing rules and regulations issued thereunder by the National Privacy Commission.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Registration Data

When you create a jl50 Account, we collect: your full legal name; date of birth; Philippine mobile number; email address; and your chosen username. This information is mandatory — without it, we cannot create or maintain your Account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with PAGCOR requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), jl50 may collect copies of government-issued identification documents such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID card, or equivalent Philippine government ID. We may also collect selfie photographs for biometric ID matching purposes during the KYC verification process.

2.3 Financial Data

To process deposits and withdrawals, jl50 collects details about your payment method — such as your GCash-registered mobile number, PayMaya account reference, bank account name for BPI/BDO/Metrobank transfers, or cryptocurrency wallet address for USDT transactions. jl50 does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its own servers; payment card data, where applicable, is processed exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers.

2.4 Gaming Activity Data

jl50 records details of your gaming activity on the platform, including game sessions played, bets placed, outcomes, winnings, and timestamps. This data is required for account management, bonus tracking, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, and responsible gaming monitoring.

2.5 Technical and Device Data

9. Data Retention

jl50 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data — retained for the duration of the Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Transaction and gaming activity data — retained for a minimum of five (5) years, as required by PAGCOR licensing obligations and AML regulations.
• Customer support communications — retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication.
• Technical and device logs — retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud monitoring purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
• Marketing consent records — retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized such that it can no longer be linked to any individual.

10. Your Rights Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jl50:

• Right to Lodge a Complaint — if you believe that jl50 has violated your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact jl50's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14. jl50 will respond to all verified rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, or within such extended period as permitted by the Philippine Data Privacy Act where the request is complex or numerous.

11. Children's Privacy (Under 21)

The jl50 Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gambling law. jl50 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. If jl50 discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, that data will be immediately deleted and the associated Account terminated. If you believe a person under 21 has registered on jl50, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 14.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of jl50's service providers — including game software providers and certain IT infrastructure partners — are located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jl50 ensures that equivalent data protection safeguards are in place through contractual clauses, adequacy determinations, or other mechanisms recognized under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations. jl50 will not transfer your personal data to a country or entity that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first obtaining your consent or implementing appropriate safeguards.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jl50 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the jl50 Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the updated Policy takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised on each update. Continued use of the jl50 Platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account.
